When does THRIVE365 officially launch?
THRIVE365 is currently in pre-launch. Join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens. Waitlist members will receive priority enrollment and founding member pricing.
Do I need a Wellness Assessment first?
We recommend starting with a Wellness Assessment or Diagnostic Panel to establish your baseline. This gives your practitioner the data needed to build your personalized monitoring plan from day one.
Can my whole family join?
Yes. THRIVE365 is designed for individuals and families. Family plans with discounted per-member pricing will be available at launch. Each family member gets their own practitioner reviews and lab tracking.
What lab panels are included?
Essential members receive a comprehensive wellness panel (CBC, CMP, lipids, thyroid, Vitamin D, inflammation markers) every quarter. Premium members get the full advanced longevity panel including metabolic markers, micronutrients, and cardiovascular risk markers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. THRIVE365 is a month-to-month membership with no long-term contracts. We ask for 30 days notice for cancellation. We believe the value keeps you here, not a contract.
Is this covered by insurance?
THRIVE365 is a self-pay membership. We provide superbills for all lab work and consultations that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many members find they save money compared to paying for each service individually.
